PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent, irrevocable ban from all our servers and other Minecraft stores. It can take between 1 and 20 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game.
If your purchase has not been credited after this time, please open a support ticket on Discord and attach proof of purchase; we will then assist you with your request.
